Shipping Policy

At AYAT STUDIO, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Charges

We offer a flat shipping fee of PKR 350 on orders within Pakistan.

The shipping charge is added to the order total at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are successfully placed and confirmed.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take additional time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full Name

  • Complete Delivery Address

  • City

  • Active Contact Number

AYAT STUDIO will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

5. Courier Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier-related delays

  • High order volumes

  • Road closures or transportation issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to you through your registered contact number, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

You may use the tracking information to monitor your shipment with the relevant courier service.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be reached on the provided contact number, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

AYAT STUDIO reserves the right to contact the customer before attempting re-delivery.

8. Refusal of Delivery

Customers are requested not to refuse a confirmed order without a valid reason.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

9. Shipping Charges on Exchanges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For exchange-related shipping charges, please refer to our 7-Day Exchange & Return Policy.

Any applicable exchange delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before the exchange is processed.

10. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please inform the courier representative immediately and contact AYAT STUDIO as soon as possible.
